We are currently looking for a Business Support Analyst (m/f/x).
Shared success with our customers and the end users are at the heart of Cello. This is set in stone with the freemium pricing model of our product and how we reward end users. The Sales Operations Support will work with our Sales and Business Dev teams to drive our lead generation efforts and identify potential clients who can benefit from our services. You will employ various strategies to reach target markets, conduct research, and ensure a robust pipeline of interested prospects, ultimately supporting our sales team to convert leads into lasting partnerships.The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and skilled in both traditional and modern sales techniques. They will have a strong background in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Target Account Qualification: Conduct research to identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria and enrich with required data points
- Lead Identification: Research and identify profiles within target accounts that align with defined buyer personas
- Outreach: Initiate contact through emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels to generate interest in Cello's offerings
- Inquiries: Act as the primary contact for lead inquiries via Intercom and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Follow-Up: Engage with leads to nurture relationships, answer initial queries, and educate them about our services
- Demo Set-up: Create custom pitch decks and sales materials for the Sales team to use in conducting product demos. Create test sandbox accounts for use in the product pitch.
- Sales Data Management: Input and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and outreach tool, tracking interactions and updates
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to effectively position Cello’'s value proposition
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide insights from your lead generation activities
- Reporting: Generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
