As a Founding Sales Rep you will own the end-to-end sales journey, identifying high-value opportunities and guiding customers toward rapid, measurable impact. As an early-stage startup, Cello offers you the opportunity to shape our market engagement. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to Cello’s strategic direction, helping us build sustainable, high-impact growth with every account you close.

⭐ Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for bringing in new customers in our mid-market & enterprise segments.
- You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including initial outreach (e.g., cold and warm outreach, automated outbound), discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations.
- You will own your pipeline and forecasts in Hubspot, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on pipeline status and revenue projections.
- You will work closely with sales support, product, marketing, & CS to ensure a cohesive, customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.
- You will establish strong, strategic relationships with various stakeholders, positioning Cello as a trusted partner who understands their business and objectives across all online and offline touchpoints such as Cello’s GROWTH NXT events.
